Senior Associate, Banking and Capital Markets (Housing Finance), 5+ PQE

A national law firm with a strong real estate client base, including the public and not for profit sectors. Teams are large, busy and collaborative.

You will run banking and capital markets transactions day to day, with a strong focus on real estate finance for housing associations and local authorities. You will draft, review and negotiate finance and security documents, work directly with clients, support business development and meet billing targets.

A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE from a well regarded firm, with banking and/or capital markets experience. A 2:1 degree or equivalent, excellent drafting, strong prioritisation and attention to detail are needed. Knowledge of document management and time recording systems would help.

A senior role in an established finance team with a strong public and not for profit sector focus.
