Senior Associate - Regent Street Lead

We are looking for an exceptional 'Senior Associate - Regent Street Lead' to play a pivotal role in the ongoing stewardship and evolution of part of one of London's most iconic destinations.

About the role

In this influential position, you will oversee a dedicated section of the Commercial Property Management team responsible for part of Regent Street, together with direct management of some of the highest profile assets.

Key responsibilities

Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainability outcomes across the portfolio.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Regent Street team to deliver business plan objectives and KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships across The Crown Estate, including FM, Finance, Asset Management, Leasing, and Development teams, as well as with external partners.
  • Oversee accurate property management and financial reporting across Regent Street.
  • Ensure smooth transition of new developments from project completion into operational management.
  • Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations in line with RICS guidelines.
  • Drive operational excellence through efficient lease management, rent collection, and customer engagement.
  • Champion a safety-first culture in partnership with FM and safety teams.
  • Support incident and crisis management where required.
  • Work with Sustainability teams to deliver environmental compliance (e.g., MEES, NABERS) and support net zero initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes, enhance customer experience, and create value.
What we're looking for Knowledge, experience and skills
  • Minimum 5 years PQE; MRICS preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver operationally.
  • Strong property management experience in either agency or client-side roles.
  • Excellent landlord & tenant knowledge and experience.
  • Experience managing multi-let and mixed use assets.
  • Proven track record in delivering and mobilising high-profile developments.
  • Strong analytical capability, including Excel skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Clear, concise and confident communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Awareness of sustainability, ESG and net zero priorities (NABERS knowledge preferred).
