Senior Associate / Of Counsel Finance & Capital Markets

An award-winning, Tier 1 Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin is looking for an ambitious Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join a market-leading team working on some of the biggest cross-border finance and capital markets deals coming through Ireland.

This isn't a narrow brief. You'll be working across debt capital markets, private credit, fund finance, securitisation (ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS, synthetic), structured finance, real estate finance and green/ESG finance products advising blue-chip clients across Ireland and globally, alongside partners and fee earners across an international network.

• 5+ years PQE, ideally with prior experience in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets either in practice or in-house
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and analytical skills
• A commercial approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-performance team environment
