Senior Associate - Investigations and White Collar Crime

The Commercial Disputes and Investigations team in London is a core part of our global disputes practice and a key area of strategic investment. We advise corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex, high value and sensitive matters, often across multiple jurisdictions.
ResponsibilitiesYou will join the London Commercial Disputes and Investigations team, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of corporate investigations and white collar crime matters. The role has a particular focus on corporate investigations, while maintaining exposure to the wider white collar crime practice.
- Advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on internal and regulatory investigations
- Supporting significant and often high profile criminal and enforcement matters
- Working closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, cross border issues, including sanctions related matters
- 5-8 years post qualification experience in investigations and/or white collar crime
- Experience advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on regulatory and criminal matters
- Strong experience of internal investigations
- Exposure to financial crime issues, including reporting obligations
