Job Description
Simpson Millar is seeking an experienced Solicitor/Senior Associate to join our Childcare team in Bath. You will manage a diverse caseload under the Children Act 1989 and Family Law Act 1996, covering care proceedings, PLO matters, emergency hearings, and related orders with professionalism and empathy.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practising certificate, strong advocacy skills, and a proven ability to hit billing targets while contributing
