Do you have experience in clinical negligence and are seeking your next step, with the opportunity to diversify your experience with a Defendant firm? My client offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of high value clinical negligence claims, specializing in obstetric and neonatal cases, including brain injuries. This is an exceptional chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will also Defend clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and other defendant clinical negligence clients. Contribute to the growth and development of the Health Litigation team through your expertise and dedication. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse evidence, organize investigations, and draft reports to advise clients
• Interview witnesses, instruct experts, and prepare for court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
• Supervise and support the development of junior team members through delegation and coaching
• Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships, adhering to operational procedures
• Contribute to business development by seeking new opportunities and delivering client training and presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-9 years of post-qualification experience
• NHS Resolution Panel firm or medical defense organization (MDO) experience is preferred, but not essential
• Willingness to develop expertise in NHS Resolution's EN Scheme and maternity-related claims
