Senior Assigned Certifier & Technical Advisory Lead

SCSI is seeking an experienced professional to lead or support BCAR duties across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Ireland. The role includes providing Technical Advisor services such as due diligence, project monitoring, construction advice and certification.

You will prepare DAC applications, advise design teams on Part M compliance and deliver PSDP services including Safety Plans and Safety Files.
