Senior Asset Manager - PBSA

Cobalt are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global real estate investment management business, to appoint a Senior Asset Manager within its UK Student Housing Asset Management team.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced asset management professional to play a key leadership role across a large-scale, operational PBSA portfolio. You will be responsible for driving asset-level strategy, optimising portfolio performance, and delivering sustained NOI growth across a high-quality student accommodation platform.

Key Focus Areas

• Formulating and executing asset business plans
• Driving income, occupancy and pricing strategy
• Leading capex and repositioning initiatives
• Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Financial modelling and underwriting value-add initiatives
• Partnering with operational teams to ensure best-in-class delivery
• Providing market insight and portfolio recommendations to senior leadership

About You

• 10 years Asset management experience within real estate
• Strong exposure to PBSA, BTR, hospitality or other operational residential sectors
• Proven track record of value creation and NOI growth
• Advanced financial modelling capability
• Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
