Senior Assessment Lead: Referrals & Complex Placements

Lifeways is seeking a Senior Assessment Manager (Referrals & Assessment) to operate in a homebased role covering the North East. You will manage a substantial referrals caseload, lead on complex high risk assessments, and own decisions on suitability, compatibility and risk while coaching a team of Assessment Practitioners.

You will work between BD, Operations, Quality and Finance to ensure that what we win is deliverable safely and sustainably, shaping assessment practice across the business.
