Senior Architectural Technologist

Role

You'll lead on the delivery of high-volume residential schemes (typically 100-unit projects), producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating with design and construction teams. You'll also play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance and project efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Ireland as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with experience in Revit
• Demonstrable experience in large scale residential projects
• Excellent technical detailing and documentation skills
• Must have a strong portfolio to be considered
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with a small, close team
• Comfortable commuting to Dublin 2
