Job Description
Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician
Ref: BM031
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who offer specialist services to industrial projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their growing team in their Manchester studio.

- Lead and deliver on a range of Industrial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
- Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects within the industrial sector
- Job running experience
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Previous experience managing a small team would be advantageous
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
