Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in Ireland and a strong design background to join our growing and friendly practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects, including housing, apartment developments, student accommodation, and mixed-use schemes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Ireland, thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Guidelines.
• Strong knowledge and experience of BCMS/BCAR processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience working on small, medium, and large-scale projects across multiple sectors.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies, planning applications, tender packages, and construction drawings.
• Site experience and project management experience are advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from concept through to completion.
• Highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively to deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• A full driving licence and access to a car are advantageous.
