Senior Architect

A leading design-led architectural and interiors practice based in South Dublin is seeking a Senior Architect to join their growing team. Role Overview

This is a senior level position suited to a highly motivated architect with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional design. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept development to on site delivery, and will play a key role in mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project success.
• Prepare planning applications, tender packages, and detailed construction drawings.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
• Contribute to studio wide design direction and innovation.

Candidate Requirements

• RIAI registered Architect with 8 years of post qualification experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across residential and hospitality sectors.
• In depth knowledge of Irish planning and building regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; Revit experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
