Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered Architectural practice with studios across Yorkshire. They are on the lookout for a talented Senior Architect to lead on a range of residential projects for their team in York.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

• Manage projects from conception to completion
• Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
• Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD
• Experience working on residential projects
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong drawing and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver's License
• Live within a commutable distance to the York area
