Senior Architect

Our client is looking for a talented Architect and Team Leader to manage a portfolio of 10-15 private residential projects in the UK (construction values £500k-£5M), and lead a small team of 3-5 people.
The ideal candidate will be confident running high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages, with excellent communication skills and a strong design sensibility.
Key RequirementsQualified Architect with 5+ years' experience
Experience delivering high-end London residential projects
Skilled in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Commercially aware and detail-oriented
