Senior Architect

Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their expanding team in Abingdon. The successful Senior Architect will work across various sectors including Public Sector, Residential, Healthcare, Education, and Remediation projects. Typical project values range from approximately £1m to £20m. • Lead the technical delivery of architectural works
• Manage projects up to approximately £20m in value
• Prepare and present design proposals
• Lead and collaborate within project teams to deliver detailed designs
• Oversee project handover processes

• Reside within a commutable distance of Abingdon
• Ability to negotiate and manage architectural and construction contracts
• Excellent Revit skills
• Valid driving license
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
• Minimum of 10 years UK experience as an Architect
