The Company:
We are recruiting for a progressive, family run arable farm in Cambridgeshire, managing over 2,000 hectares of combinable crops. With modern machinery, strong values, and a dedicated team, they are committed to long term success and high standards in everything we do.

The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Arable Operator to take responsibility for farm maintenance and seasonal arable work. This is a hands on role suited to someone who is competent working independently, with experience across a wide range of machinery and tasks.

Key duties include:
- General farm maintenance - hedging, flail mowing, ditching, drain jetting, strimming and chainsaw work
- Supporting with arable operations, including drilling, spraying and harvest work
- Operating a 360 digger (JCB 140X) for tree shearing and track maintenance (ticket advantageous)
- Operating telehandlers and other modern farm machinery
- Working independently to a high standard, with responsibility for own tasks

The Candidate:
- Proven arable operator with strong machinery skills
- Confident working alone and taking initiative
- 360 digger ticket and/or telehandler licence desirable
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
