Senior AR Analyst with French (B2B)

Our Financial Operations team is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Finance Analyst. The main responsibility will be managing and resolving receivables and payment-related queries from our business customers.

The successful candidate will handle cash collection operations in cooperation with local sales and finance management. Responsibilities include:

1. Managing customer liabilities to Amazon - credit collection operations
2. Reviewing and monitoring AR Aging Reports and collections targets
3. Supporting and acting as an intermediary between the customer and Amazon Business to obtain and settle third-party invoices
4. Responding to invoicing inquiries, researching unpaid or disputed amounts, and communicating with customers via email and phone to resolve issues, correct errors, and ensure timely payments
5. Reconciling Amazon's open receivables with customers for quick collection
6. Collaborating with stakeholders to serve customers effectively, especially those facing cash flow or internal issues
7. Building trust with external and internal stakeholders, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction
8. Driving process improvements and resolving escalations and discrepancies with Amazon customers
9. Diagnosing, improving, and fixing issues in current collections processes

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Positive attitude towards issue resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to communicate issues and financial data via phone and email
• Ability to present to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Care, or related customer-facing roles
• Experience working with remote or hybrid teams
• Finance background or prior experience in finance
