The role:

Our client is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to support and enhance key business applications across Revenues, Benefits, and Customer Services. The postholder will ensure system stability, data integrity, and security while leading on upgrades, configuration, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain critical applications and integrations
• Support system upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Liaise with service providers to ensure compliance and performance
• Deliver management reporting and ensure security of operations
• Collaborate with teams to meet complex business requirements
