Job Description
The role
We are looking for an Analyst, Financial Control to join our EU Finance team reporting to the Regional Finance Director. The role is in a multi-layered global finance team covering our EU entities.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, someone that is motivated with excellent communication skills. You will be joining a global controller team that is building a more controlled and best in class environment. The role contributes to the reporting and month end processes for our EU entities.
How you'll make an impact
Assist with monthly postings in the accounting system.
Assist in financial reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
Review of supplier invoices to check account ledger coding and cost centre allocation.
Working towards continuous improvements in the month end process.
Support the wider teams such as Accounts Payable and FP&A with queries.
What we're looking for
Studying towards an accounting qualification
Able to work towards tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/GSheet
Systems knowledge, particularly Workday would be highly desirable.
