Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted, proactive Field Operations partner to the META regional leadership team.
  • Actively diagnose business health, anticipate blind spots, and deliver targeted interventions that empower the sales team to maximize pipeline conversion and exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead the go-to-market planning cycle for the META region, optimizing territory coverage, quota allocation, and resource mapping.
  • Own and optimize the operational cadences for weekly forecasting, pipeline health checks, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Design, modify, and maintain advanced business assets and dashboards.
  • Extract key metrics to provide insightful commentary that drives the sales narrative across all regular operational reviews.
  • Synthesize complex datasets into concise, high-impact narratives to support the annual GTM exercise and executive level presentations and QBRs.
  • Identify systemic roadblocks and leverage data automation to streamline day-to-day operations.
  • Partner daily with the broader GTM Operations team, Deal Desk, HR, Finance, and Marketing to align regional execution with overall company strategic drivers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business partnership role
  • The "Super Analyst" Mindset: Innate business curiosity with a proven ability to dig beneath the surface of large, disparate datasets to independently uncover root causes, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Elite Presentation & Narrative Design: Obsessed with building high-impact visual slides (Google Slides or PowerPoint) that convert complex data into crisp, executive-ready stories designed to drive alignment and trigger action.
  • Technical Skillset: Proven mastery of advanced data modeling in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required. Demonstrated success scoping operational requirements, mapping data flows, and collaborating with central BI teams to build and scale automated dashboards and data assets.
  • Forward-thinking approach to AI integration: Comfortable coming with us on the journey to leverage modern AI tools and LLMs to optimize day-to-day processes, streamline data interpretation, and accelerate analytical workflows.
  • Strong working proficiency in (SFDC), Clari, Tableau, or Anaplan is a distinct advantage.
  • Thrives in Velocity: A self-starter who demonstrates accountability, balances competing high-priority demands, and maintains meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
