Senior Analyst - Underwriting Governance & Controls (UK)

AXA XL in London is seeking an Underwriting Governance & Controls Senior Analyst to support the Head of Underwriting Governance and regional leaders by delivering timely, accurate management information and analysis. You will help ensure adherence to governance standards across UK & Lloyd's.

The role focuses on first-line controls, dashboards, and liaison with risk, compliance and internal audit to drive consistency and efficiency in underwriting across open market and delegated authorities.
