Senior Analyst - SOX Business Process Controls

You will support Klarna's SOX programme by designing, documenting, and maintaining Finance-related controls across key business processes. In this position, you will work closely with Finance teams, process owners, external auditors, and cross-functional partners including Tech and IT to ensure controls are clearly documented, evidence is complete, and processes remain audit-ready. You will contribute to maintaining a strong internal control environment by coordinating testing activities, tracking remediation efforts, and identifying opportunities to improve, streamline, or automate controls. Through structured documentation and collaboration, you will help strengthen transparency, compliance, and operational excellence across Finance.

• 4-6 years of experience in audit, internal controls, or financial compliance, preferably within a Big 4 or similarly structured environment
• Qualified ACA or equivalent professional certification
• Strong understanding of SOX, internal control frameworks, and financial reporting processes
• Familiarity with core Finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, and Tax
• Experience documenting processes through narratives, flowcharts, and control descriptions with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and evidence requests in a structured and organized manner
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating across Finance and Technology teams

• Experience working with Workiva or similar SOX and audit management tools
• Exposure to system-dependent and automated controls, including collaboration with IT control teams
• Understanding of data and report-based controls
• Experience coordinating with outsourced SOX testing providers or external auditors
• Interest in identifying opportunities to streamline or enhance control frameworks
