Senior Analog IC Design Manager

Overview

This is a new opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design Manager to join a profitable, highly innovative Semiconductor company based in Cork.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small IC team developing optical receiver ICs.
• Control and drive the complete development lifecycle of world-class mixed-signal and analog ASICs.
• Provide end-to-end technical ownership from architecture and specification through design, verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, characterisation and production release.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and customers to align objectives and deliverables.
• Provide deep technical expertise in analog IC design and guide multiple chips through architecture, design, verification, layout, tapeout and production.
• Demonstrate leadership in a high-performance environment with effective communication across groups.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing design teams in a high-performance environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present ideas and proposals to multiple groups.
• Deep technical expertise in analog IC design and experience taking chips through architecture, design, verification, layout, tapeout and production.
