You will lead a team of talented engineers in designing and verifying the functionality, performance, and robustness of complex designs, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring world-class products to market.Lead a team of analog and mixed signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellenceProvide technical vision for competitive automotive converter and precision analog solutionsDefine and execute the strategic IP Roadmap with cross-functional teamsLead the design and delivery of high-quality analog and mixed-signal IPs for automotive microcontrollers, meeting stringent safety and quality standardsDrive innovation in IP design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologiesProvide clear communication on progress, challenges, and resource needsHave technical and management responsibility for the team, including people management tasksCollaborate with Infineon organizations across sites, fostering global collaboration and supporting multisite projectsYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed:Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.At least 10 years of professional experience in analog design with a strong focus on IP developmentUnderstanding of analog design flows and tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor)Strong understanding of IP-level verification environments and methodologiesExperience working within an SoC architectureProven leadership experience, managing teams of design engineers in a high-performance environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written formsFluent EnglishPlease send us your CV in EnglishContact:Eduardo Gomes , LinkedIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
