Senior Analog Design Manager

A Senior Analog Design Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based semiconductor client. This role offers the opportunity to lead and control the complete development lifecycle of world class mixed signal and analog ASICs within a highly agile Irish semiconductor company. This is an onsite role in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analog and mixed signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence.
• Own the roadmap for ASICs in optoelectronic applications.
• Lead the design and delivery of high quality ASICs, meeting stringent industrial and quality standards.
• Drive innovation in circuit design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Have technical and management responsibility for the team, including people management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in leading analog/mixed signal ASIC developments.
• Demonstrate a successful portfolio of analog/mixed signal ASICs in production.
• Proven leadership experience, managing teams of design engineers in a high performance environment.
