Senior Analog Design Engineer

Overview

Senior Analog Design Engineer position at Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI). The company designs and manufactures semiconductor products and solutions, focusing on analog and mixed-signal design, with an emphasis on precision sensing and signal conditioning for industrial, instrumentation, and scientific instruments markets.

Responsibilities

• Break down system-level requirements into design specifications, architecture, and analog signal chains and subsystems.
• Perform transistor-level circuit design and simulation.
• Collaborate with Wafer Fab to understand and develop process capabilities.
• Leverage existing designs to meet new specifications.
• Oversee and support analog and digital layout.
• Collaborate with a distributed team of engineers across regions.
• Support other functions such as board design, lab evaluation, and testing to ensure successful delivery against key requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit design, tools, and flows.
• Experience with stability of feedback systems and compensation techniques.
• Experience in bipolar circuit design and/or high-speed amplifiers is a plus.
• Knowledge of precision metrics such as mismatch, noise, and linearity is a plus.
• Design experience in amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, or bias circuits is a plus.
• Minimum qualifications: MS or PhD in EE or ECE with focus on analog/mixed-signal design and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
