Senior AmLaw Client Success Manager

Octus, a leading provider of credit intelligence and analytics, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of AmLaw 100 and Magic Circle law firms. You will drive retention, adoption, and expansion, while building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the customer advocate with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with Account Managers to identify opportunities, monitor usage, and guide clients through Octus's suite of products and databases.
