SLT Senior, Physio Senior, OT - Offaly CHN services

SLT Senior, Physio Senior, OT - Offaly CHN services are required by Cpl Healthcare in Offaly Community Healthcare Network services with the HSE within both Community & Hospital Settings.

The available roles:

• Speech & Language Therapist - Staff Grade, full time, Tullamore Primary Care Centre, Children/Young Person's service Primary Care
• Physiotherapist - Senior Grade, 0.45 WTE, Birr Community Nursing Unit, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Adult Primary Care
• Occupational Therapist - Staff Grade, full time, Tullamore Primary Care Centre, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Children/Young Person's service Primary Care
• Dietician - Staff Grade, full time, Tullamore Primary Care Centre, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Children/Young Person's service Primary Care
• Occupational Therapist - Senior, 0.45 WTE, Birr Community Nursing Unit, Offaly Community Healthcare Network, Adult Primary Care

• Be responsible for client assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that are client centered and in line with best practice
• Report to the manager as appropriate
• Attend staff meetings as appropriate
• Document client records in accordance with professional standards and departmental policies

• A recognized qualification with CORU registration
• Permission to work in Ireland
• Professional approach to work
