The Opportunity

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you'll be the visionary and driver behind our AI/ML initiatives, shaping the strategy and execution of transformative features that redefine our platform and deliver quantifiable value. Key Responsibilities

• Architect a bold AI/ML product roadmap that aligns with our mission and delivers clear, measurable business value.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and validate ROI models for AI initiatives, quantifying benefits like revenue growth, cost savings, and customer retention.
• Translate complex AI concepts into compelling business cases, balancing innovation with practicality and scalability.
• Influence leadership with data-driven insights, championing AI strategies that drive measurable financial and strategic outcomes.

Product Execution & Delivery

• Lead the full product lifecycle-from ideation and ROI-driven prioritization to rapid prototyping and high-impact launches.
• Craft precise product requirements, use cases, and success metrics that tie directly to business outcomes and ROI goals.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers and UX designers to deliver AI features that are intuitive, ethical, and production-ready.
• Define KPIs and track ROI post-launch in collaboration with LOB GTM, using data-driven insights to iterate and maximize value creation.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide feature prioritization, ensuring AI initiatives align with budget constraints and strategic priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Bridge technical and business teams, aligning priorities and timelines to deliver AI solutions with proven ROI.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Sales, and Customer Success to communicate the value and ROI of AI features, enabling field readiness and adoption.
• Present ROI analyses and progress updates in executive forums, articulating risks, opportunities, and long-term value creation.

Technical Skills & AI Fluency

• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring).
• Proficiency in calculating ROI for GenAI initiatives, including modeling revenue impact, cost efficiencies, and customer lifetime value.
• Strong data literacy - you can analyze, visualize, and communicate insights to tie product performance to financial outcomes.
• Comfort with product management tools like Jira and Confluence to keep projects on track.

Education & Experience

• 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML or data-driven products in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
• Proven track record of launching AI-powered products that deliver measurable ROI, such as increased revenue, reduced churn, or operational efficiencies.
• Expertise in building business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives, with a knack for quantifying intangible benefits like user satisfaction.
• A relentless drive to spot opportunities, iterate quickly, and turn bold ideas into reality in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - you can inspire engineers, persuade executives, and win over customers with data-backed narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus but not required.
