What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize AI first products that enhance scalability and automation in SME advisory services
• Build robust, context aware AI systems that integrate client data and deliver actionable insights
• Experiment with and implement state of the art AI technologies to solve complex problems
• Work closely with cross functional teams to align technical capabilities with user needs
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and industry best practices while delivering scalable AI solutions
• Collaborate directly with the founders to align technical innovations with the company's strategic vision

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and strong academic background
• Strong programming skills in Python; preferably experience with TypeScript
• Experience with large language models, generative AI, or agentic frameworks
• An innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast changing environments
