Senior AI Data Engineer - Build Scalable Data Pipelines

Zendesk's Analytics Prototyping (ZAP) team designs and ships fine-grained, contextually rich datasets powering Zendesk's analytics app and internal insights. We seek a data engineer to build ELT pipelines, optimize data models, and collaborate across teams to drive scalable data solutions.

You will work with SQL, dbt, Python, and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) while contributing to cost optimization and performance improvements in a large-scale data environment.
