Senior Agronomy Manager - Soft Fruit Production

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd. is seeking an experienced Agronomy Manager to lead the agronomy function for a large-scale soft fruit business in Ireland.

You will develop and implement agronomic strategies to maximise crop performance, fruit quality and profitability across multiple production sites. The role requires leadership of the agronomy team, deep knowledge of IPM, irrigation, fertigation and crop protection, and strong stakeholder engagement with growers and production teams.
