We're pleased to offer an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Liverpool service, supporting the effective delivery of high-quality, safe, and responsive services through strong coordination, organisation, and attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes that underpin frontline service delivery. You will provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate systems and processes, and act as a point of expertise for colleagues, supporting consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

Working closely with managers and wider teams, you will help ensure information is accurate, timely, and handled in line with governance and safeguarding requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

You will:

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the service, ensuring systems and processes run efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records, data, and reporting in line with information governance requirements

  • Support coordination of meetings, correspondence, and service activity

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Support managers with administrative processes, audits, and compliance activity

  • Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of service delivery

Salary: £27,132.98 - £28,692.82 per annumHours: 37.5 per weekContract: Full-time, Permanent

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative experience, ideally within a health, social care, or complex service environment

  • Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills

  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both written and verbally

  • Is comfortable using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office

  • Understands the importance of confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding

  • Works well independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
