Overview 
Element Recruitment are partnering with a leading Law firm based in Central Bristol looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in legal administration to take on more responsibility and support a busy, growing legal team.
As a Senior Administrator, you will manage legal documents, update case files, and ensure everything is organized and compliant with industry standards. You will also assist the legal team with various tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update legal case files in the firm's system.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including reports and communications with patent offices.
- Review and handle incoming legal correspondence, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case information in the firm's system.
- Assist with preparing invoices and ensuring accuracy.
- Support the legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in legal administration is preferable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management systems.
