Senior Administrator

We are looking to strengthen our Framework team with a Senior Administrator based at Lingley Mere, with hybrid working available.

You will report directly to the Framework Director, and your role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Business.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from the project teams and Regional Leadership Team.
2. Managing events and meetings: assisting with regional events, presentations, communications, and attending events as required.
3. Maintaining framework data, including mailing lists, org charts, and contact databases.
4. Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use.
5. Supporting marketing efforts by collating data, preparing materials, and coordinating with the communications team.
6. Assisting with office management tasks.
7. Collaborating with the Wellbeing and Social Team to promote initiatives and fundraising events.
8. Maintaining the SharePoint intranet site and an organized filing system for documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
9. Providing induction and training support for new personnel.
10. Managing ad hoc tasks and projects.
11. Participating in external networking, conferences, and professional groups for continuous development.
12. Undertaking other duties and training as reasonably required, consistent with the role's responsibilities.
13. Representing the department professionally in all internal and external contacts, maintaining positive relationships.
14. Ensuring confidentiality in all relevant activities.

Requirements include excellent computer and IT skills with proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of digitalisation is advantageous. Good written, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
