Job Description

The postholder will be required to administer a client portfolio, under the supervision of a Line Manager. Responsibilities include:

  1. Completing review processes for client entities and being aware of risk exposure.
  2. Reviewing legal and tax advice and interpreting/implementing relevant advice.
  3. Ensuring the accuracy of the central diary system relevant to client portfolio deadlines.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of client entities (including desktop) and ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with.
  5. Managing own billing and cash collection/debtors process and minimizing write-offs.
  6. Assisting with team management and training.
  7. Having an awareness of recoverability.
  8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's portfolio, including risk awareness, relationship management, and contractual and statutory obligations. Additional qualifications include:

  1. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  2. Extensive administration experience.
  3. Good analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Competence in all MS Office applications.
  5. Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  6. Holding or studying towards a professional qualification.
