Job Description JOB TITLE: Senior Administrator SALARY: £32,395 rising to £33,204 from 1st April 2026. LOCATION(S): Dundee, West Marketgait. HOURS : Full-time Fixed Term Contract until Oct 26 WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. About this Opportunity As a Senior Oversight and Controls Administrator you'll be responsible for leading the monitoring, assurance, and improvement of governance, risk, and control frameworks to ensure operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective partner oversight, through: Support Oversight manager with collation and articulation of Weekly/Monthly Management Information. Ensuring accuracy when sending to key partners Chair and lead weekly FNZ control and Risk event meetings with key partners Support Daily oversight activities with approvals End to End project testing Implementation of new controls FNZ Risk Event trend and root cause analysis Why Lloyds Banking Group If you think all banks are the same, you'd be wrong. What you'll need Governance & Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of CASS and other risk rules Risk Management Skills - Ability to identify, assess, and raise operational risks. Experience tracking remediation actions and monitoring risk indicators. Understanding of risk events, near misses, and incident reporting. Analytical & Problem Solving Ability - Comfortable analysing data, trends, and control gaps. Ability to interpret MI and highlight emerging issues. Logical approach to investigating process failures. Communication & Partner Management - Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Ability to challenge partners expertly but constructively. Working with operations teams, risk partners, auditors, and senior managers. Process & Control Management - Understanding how processes map to controls. Experience maintaining SOPs, process maps, and control documentation. Ability to monitor and test controls to ensure they are operating effectively. Very accurate showing strong attention to detail in MI.
