We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern for this post are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
Please be advised that, effective 1 April 2026, the full-time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.
Glasgow Alcohol & Drug Recovery Service is committed to providing high quality care using an integrated model of care delivery. We require a community Addiction nurse to be based within NE sector to provide specialist Addiction care and Treatment to individuals within this geographical area. The post holder will be responsible for managing their community caseload within a defined geographical location. The post holder will have a key role in promoting and developing the role of the Addiction Nurse.
The post holder should be a registered mental health nurse who is highly motivated and has excellent communication skills
