Senior Actuary (Pricing)

Location: Munich (Hybrid)

Type: Permanent

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000

Our client is a global Insurance business looking for a Senior Actuary to join the team permanently.

You will lead the team in developing and maintaining its pricing tools and support the business's operations in Europe and the Americas.

Responsibilities:

1. Support team strategy development
2. Take an active and organising role in the delivery processes
3. Pricing and risk management infrastructure and improving processes
4. Structure and model reinsurance contracts and perform stochastic reinsurance
5. Consult and train colleagues and clients
6. Collaborate with client pricing and business units

Skills/ Experience:

1. Prior expertise in actuary, pricing
2. Development expertise (C#, Java etc)
3. SQL
4. Insurance modelling software (AXIS, Prophet etc)
5. Ideally fluent in English and German (Spanish a bonus)
