Senior Actuary

Raretec is partnering with a leading international financial services company to find a Senior Actuary to join their Actuarial team in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified actuary to work closely with the Head of Actuarial Function, supporting Solvency II Pillar I valuation, ORSA, and actuarial reporting to the Board.

What you'll be doing:

• Financial and solvency reporting across the Irish and Freedom of Services business
• Review and evaluation of quarterly reserves and capital requirements
• Presenting management reporting packs to Exec and Board
• Leading ORSA projections and report preparation
• Supporting internal/external audit and managing CBI regulatory interactions
• Driving process improvements and automation within the actuarial function

What you'll bring:

• FIA or FSAI qualification, with 2-3 years PQE
• A strong track record leading actuarial teams and meeting regulatory deadlines
• Excellent report writing and communication skills, ideally with Exec Committee reporting experience
• Prior experience managing CBI regulatory interactions
• Solvency II knowledge is a strong advantage
• Genuine ambition to progress towards a HoAF role
