A well-established, partner-led accountancy practice in Dublin is seeking an Accountantant to join its growing team. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Work across a diverse range of assignments including audit, accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax, and advisory services.
• Provide high-quality advice and service to clients in line with best practice and firm standards.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to their development where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with partners and directors to deliver client-focused solutions.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Practice-trained and qualified with a minimum 2 years' Irish experience(0-5 years PQE considered).
• Proven experience across audit, accounts preparation, and tax.
• Proficiency with relevant accounting and tax software packages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prioritiesand meet deadlines effectively.

Salary & Benefits

• €58,000 - €68,000(commensurate with experience).
