The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies, emphasizing that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support partners with a global customer base building mission-critical applications on AWS services.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to sell to Strategic Digital Natives and expand relationships with our most active Digital Natives customers. The role involves setting long-term strategies and executing daily activities to grow customer accounts. These companies partner with AWS as Digital Native/ISV entities and have multiple go-to-market (GTM) goals. You will build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and coordinate with a large team of extended resources.
Key responsibilities- Teaming across all aspects of the customer's organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organizations, and sales.
- Building relationships through creative systems thinking, visioning, and collaborative execution to address all customer needs.
- Selling at the strategic (C-level) within the account and implementing broad strategies to earn customer acceptance and support service implementation.
- Collaborating with AWS resources (Executives, Partners, Support, Solution Architects) to support customer interests while advocating for the customer in alignment with AWS business needs.
- Driving new service adoption, new lines of business development, and fostering partnerships and technical collaborations.

Minimum qualifications- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
