As a Buyer Development Sr Account Manager, you will drive partner relationships, operational tasks, and data analyses with Brands, Buyers, Agencies, and Consultancies who leverage OpenX ad technology and services for transacting campaigns via the open exchange, preferred deals, private auction, and real-time guaranteed (RTG). You will interact with all aspects of the pre- and post-sale process of premium programmatic transactions, including building premium inventory and data segments, creating private marketplace (PMP) deals, managing deals and reporting, troubleshooting, identifying yield and performance opportunities, and post-campaign performance wrap-ups.

We are seeking high achievers to build indispensable relationships with OpenX partners. This role requires thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Buyer Development Account Managers must execute business and operational initiatives to deliver and exceed the performance objectives of brand/agency relationships. The Sr Account Manager will have extensive knowledge of OpenX Products & Platform and should be able to advise partners on the ideal transactional setup for the highest performance. Responsibilities
  • Work with the Buyer Development Sales Team to build, create and launch high-performing premium deals within the OpenX Platform through premium segments of inventory for OpenX's Brands, Buyers, and Agencies.
  • Run detailed analysis on active private marketplace deals and identify opportunities to meet advertiser performance KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot newly launched PMP deals that are not transacting properly.
  • Assist Sales team during client meetings and act as the operational and technical lead.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients to answer questions, deliver performance requests, and answer product questions.
  • Help deliver the Buyer Development team revenue goals through deal transactions, yield management, and relationship building.
  • Respond to all client requests in a timely and acceptable fashion.
  • Collaborate with the Buyer Development Sales and Account Management teams to maintain a transparent, actionable, data-driven Account Management process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital advertising operations, publisher monetization and yield management, and digital advertising technology sales or services.
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience leading multiple cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Strong operational knowledge of the online advertising industry, advertiser campaign objectives, and RTB/programmatic ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities or efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technology clearly.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within partner organizations and OpenX.
  • Strong analytical thinking with good business sense.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary: £60,000 - £72,000 a year
