Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with existing customers monitoring their purchases to provide opportunities for upselling
- Initiate, scope and manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue
- Line manager and support junior members of the team, coaching and mentoring them when needed and taking an active role in their personal development within LBR
- Work with Client Services team to carry out the activities through the client life cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value
- Development and implementation of client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets
- Support our product development function by suggesting new ideas and garnering client feedback where appropriate and in the launch process of new products
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers at conferences and product demonstrations
- Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products
- Update the CRM to ensure the CRM accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status
- Ensuring your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations
- Act as key mentor and role model to junior team members by ensuring strong performance standards are set and met, and that all team members embody company values
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Knowledge of the legal sector or professional services is desirable
- International outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone, by email and in person to senior stakeholders
