Job Title: Senior Account Manager - client site + office based

Salary: £Highly Competitive Basic + car/car allowance

A retail display graphics company at the forefront of the industry is expanding its team of industry leading experts. They are looking for a senior account management professional will the experience and skills necessary to help clients achieve their commercial goals. You will work with key clients and be right by their side every step of the way, from initial concept to finished printed products.

Retail client and working on client site experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a key retail account, overseeing on-going projects to a high standard, liaising with external contacts and internal departments to ensure an exceptional service is received.
• Ensure satisfaction is always achieved through pro active management and communication.
• Be the first escalation point with the Client Support Team.
• Be the key voice of the company and uphold the company values ensuring reputational excellence.
• Respond to all client requests for information within a timely manner and in line with the Client Support Team internal SLAs.
