Senior Account Executive

Generate, manage and prioritise an end-to-end sales pipeline to exceed sales targets and assist the business in hitting its broader financial targets.Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Evangelise Speechmatics' vision and value proposition with Conversational AI, RT Speech Capabilities and TTS (at launch).Add to a high-performing sales team through sharing experiences and best practices.Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, industry trends, and product, to lead the competitive landscape. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system to ensure robust pipeline management and forecasting.
Additional DescriptionProven ability to close large commercial deals and exceed sales targets.Ability to self-source pipeline to augment Marketing and BDR initiatives.Experience selling complex technical solutions into C-suite/VP level, with a strategic level of engagement.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, interfacing across all areas of the organisation (in particular, Product and Engineering teams). Strong knowledge and usage of MEDDPICC.Excellent team player who will help support and mentor other team members. Demonstrable experience of using AI across the sales process.Excellent communication and writing skills.Strong sales and negotiation acumen. Ability to work independently.
