Responsibilities:

• Network Access Design
• Design and implement passive network topologies.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing access network services.
• Apply NRE principles to ensure network reliability.
• Manage the lifecycle of various technologies and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with the Telecom Security Act (TSA)
• Operations

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of GPON/XGSPON, including co-exist elements and PON domain impairments.
• Proficiency with Juniper /Nokia OLT.
• Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 Gigabit Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Ability to utilize automation tools, especially Ansible and Python.
• Able to implement and manage infrastructure as code.

Salary:

• £85,000
• 20% Bonus
