SENDCo & Inclusion Leader - Trauma-Informed Education

Employability Solutions, with Kirklees Council advertising on its behalf, seeks a SEND lead to coordinate the full SEND journey for pupils aged 11-25 across KS3-KS5 in a specialist setting. You will ensure trauma-informed practice and robust safeguarding while building strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

You will hold NASENCO and Level 7 specialist qualifications, along with a QTS/QTLS credential, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and English communication skills
