Job Description
What we're looking for: 
- Experience working with children or young people (youth work, PRU, care, coaching, etc.)
- Confidence supporting behaviourally challenged pupils in SEND settings
- Calm, resilient and proactive approach
- Ability to build rapport quickly and positively influence behaviour
- Hands on experience in SEND and behaviour support settings
- Supportive school teams who value consistency and care
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Long term placements available
- Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and additional needs
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged in learning
- Building strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Providing consistent, calm support throughout the school day
